Everything Global are proud to be announced as the headline sponsor of Martin O’Neill: Live At The King Power Stadium on 27th October. This exciting event is a fundraiser for Leicester based charity, Menphys.
Menphys have been working in the Leicester community for over 50 years. They help young people with disabilities to live ordinary lives, with access to all the choices and opportunities that every child should have.
This headline sponsorship is the continuation of a successful partnership between Everything Global and Menphys, following My First Football Match in March of this year.
The event will raise funds for Menphys Sports Club, a division of Menphys that helps disabled children across Leicester access and participate in sports.
Hear from a Leicester City legend
For fans of Leicester City that followed the club in the late 1990s, there are very few managers that are likely to be remembered as fondly as Martin O’Neill.
During O’Neill’s time in charge of The Foxes, they won the League Cup twice (in 1997 and 2000) and qualified for European football for the first time since the 1960s.
It’s fair to say that Martin O’Neill is revered with legendary status by many Leicester City fans.
Martin O’Neill Live is a great opportunity for fans to hear first-hand accounts of his time with the club. We also anticipate stories from his distinguished playing career (over 400 appearances) and his management of a number of leading clubs and the Northern Ireland national team.
A full evening of entertainment, featuring Ady Dayman and Henry Winter
The evening is going to be hosted by BBC Radio Leicester favourite Ady Dayman.
There will also be an interactive Q&A session with Martin O’Neill, led by award-winning football writer Henry Winter, who is currently the Chief Football Writer for The Times.
An event like this wouldn’t be complete without welcome drinks, an impressive three-course meal, and plenty of photo opportunities for those who want a picture with a Leicester City legend.

Sport and physical activity are important for the development of children.
Sport can help young people improve their health, social skills, mental wellness, and can reinforce the importance of collaboration and teamwork.
But a lot of sports and physical activities aren’t accessible or inclusive for disabled children.
Menphys Sports Club helps to fund more sports provision for children and young people with disabilities across Leicestershire.
